Sleep Settling Terms and Conditions

  • I agree to disclose any medical condition that my child has to Sleep Settling.

  • I agree to check with my GP if my baby/child has any medical condition which may prevent them being sleep trained safely.

  • I understand that I must pay the invoice for the chosen support package upon completion of the pre-consultation form and before receiving my invitation to join the app to log 4 days of my child’s sleep.  If the payment is not made Sleep Settling will not be able to provide support.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before our support package begins will only be refunded by 50%.  Before 48 hours a full refund will be given.

  • Sleep Settling reserves the right to cancel consultations at short notice due to personal circumstances.  In this instance the client will be offered a full refund or alternative dates offered.

  • I will not share my tailored sleep plan with a third party and understand that it is specific to my child only.

  • I understand that Sleep Settling will endeavour to respond to any emails and messages as soon as possible seven days a week. Sleep Settling will not offer support during the night.

  • If I miss a pre-arranged call and also do not make contact for the following 3 days, Sleep Settling will assume I no longer require the support.

  • I understand that any changes I make to my baby/child’s sleeping arrangements and diet/feeding times are my decision and Sleep Settling is only offering guidance and support which I am responsible for carrying out safely.

  • I understand that we are taking steps towards a settled night’s sleep, I am paying for your knowledge and skills but I may not get the outcome I want.

  • I agree to let relevant information about my child’s sleep issues be used in case studies with the understanding that names will be changed and no other identifying information given away.

  • Sleep Settling reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time.
